For years I worked in ceramics throwing bowls, making pitchers and mugs, baskets and more. I used to carve geometric patterns into the clay and one day I felt inspired to buy colored pencil and draw these designs on paper....that's when my painting journey began. I am self taught and love to experiment with color and different surfaces, . From using colored pencil I moved on to pastels and now I am working with sharpies and markers.
